The European Commission has now joined the Federal Trade Commission in investigating Apple’s mobile-software development policies to determine whether they’re anti-competitive, according to the New York Post. The policies in question prevent developers from using third-party tools to write software for Apple’s devices and ban Adobe’s Flash technology from its devices outright. Apple (AAPL) insists its methods are well within its rights.
